What is BreathSesh?
Your breath controls your nervous system. BreathSesh gives you four evidence-based breathing patterns — Calm, Box, 4-7-8, and Wim Hof — with a guided visual bloom and optional ambient sounds. Slow breathing activates the vagus nerve, shifts your body into parasympathetic mode, lowers cortisol, and improves heart rate variability. That’s not wellness talk. It’s physiology. Wim Hof — guided and freestyle
Most apps only give you a fixed hold. BreathSesh lets you pick a preset (30, 60, 90 seconds) or go freestyle and tap to end. Your real hold time is recorded either way.
Ambient sounds
Four built-in soundscapes — Gentle Rain, Forest Morning, Ocean Calm, Silent Focus. Or turn them off and let the haptics guide you.
Streaks and history
